Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products subject to our receipt of the item in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition and subject to the customers payment of postage for the replacement item, at £4.00. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase.
Refunds
We are prepared to provide a refund for unwanted items subject to their being returned to us in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition. All refunds are to exclude postage costs. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Please email sales@ameliajanelondon.com for our return address. All Amelia Jane London products are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please email us at sales@ameliajanelondon.com. All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost including delivery charges.
